The non-profit Vision To Learn provides free eye exams and free eyeglasses to elementary school students in need. The organization has teamed up with the Baltimore County Public Library to hold clinics at various branches this summer. Vision To Learn’s mobile clinic will visit 12 branches over June, July and August, and any child 17 and under can get an appointment. Participants will need to identify and verbalize basic shapes in the exam.
