Baltimore Highlands Elementary School joined the Student Support Network in October, 2021, as the Network’s 14th school partner.

BHE was our first school on the west side of Baltimore County and is designated as a Title I school.  Community School Coordinator and Clinical Social Worker, Jill Savage, works with Lead Volunteers, Justin Knott and Lauren Wills, to set up and stock the school’s Room of Support.

Baltimore Highlands has set up a trailer that families can use to access the internet for job and resource hunting and now, as a Network School, to access food, toiletries, clothing and other necessities their children need.  BHE has a diverse student body with over 70% of their students identifying as Black or Hispanic.
