The Network Hosted An Outstanding Group Of Volunteers For MLK Day

This morning, we had the privilege of hosting an extraordinary group of volunteers dedicated to honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the team from Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Alpha Beta Gamma Omega Chapter and St. John Properties for generously sharing your morning with us. Your commitment to service embodies the spirit of Dr. King’s vision for a better world.

We were also honored to have several distinguished guests join us:

County Executive Kathy Klausmeier
Delegate Cathi Forbes
Baltimore County Councilman Mike Ertel
Baltimore County Councilman David Marks
6th District Baltimore County Board Representative Christina Pumphrey

Their presence and support underscore the importance of community leadership and civic engagement.

Together, our volunteers, distinguished guests, board members and staff led by example, engaging in activities that not only honored Dr. King’s legacy but also strengthened the bonds within our community. It is through such collaborative efforts that we continue to build a future that reflects the values of equality, justice, and love that Dr. King championed.
