The Student Support Network Board of Directors has made the very difficult decision to end our large-scale food and supplies distributions on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. These distributions have been happening for over 14 months at Parkville High School, Owings Mills High School, and Loch Raven Technical Academy.
The Network feels it is imperative to return to our original mission of assisting students and their families via our Network Schools Program, which involves preparing our Rooms of Support for the 2021/2022 academic year and planning for the addition of schools on our waitlist to our Network.
In order for our families to adjust, we will be distributing flyers announcing the distribution end date as well as other locations where students and families can get food after June 30th.
We will never forget this time and what we accomplished thanks to a dedicated community of volunteers, generous donors, Baltimore County government, and local businesses. Our hope is that we can move forward with this same energy and compassion as we continue to serve families via our Network Schools Program..
